Cost Controls

3. I was successful in negotiating $5,000,000 contract on a time and material basis. I developed that strategy and contract language used for the contract by understanding what the client needed in order to approve the contract.
4. I successfully negotiated $3,000,000 in change orders with the appropriate time extensions. I organized, analyzed, assembled, and presented the documentation for each change order.
5. I was successful in closing out 2 Walmart projects and time and received the final payments in a timely manner. I supervised the closeout documents collection and presented them without changes being made by owner.
6. I negotiated change orders the owners stated they would not pay. I was persistent presenting information to show why these should be paid.
